Yes! The Free plan is completely free with no time limit. You can use it for as long as you want with 1 shop and up to 30 products. Upgrade only when you need more.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfers, and all major credit/debit cards including Visa and Mastercard.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, ever. You only pay the monthly subscription for your chosen plan. We also offer free onboarding assistance to help you get started.
Do I need special hardware?
No! Stallkeeper works on any device with a web browser — phones, tablets, laptops, or desktops. You can optionally connect receipt printers and barcode scanners if needed.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export all your data at any time. After 30 days, data is securely deleted from our servers.
